Coral Hills Resort & Spa, El Qoseir

My stay was a nightmare. While the hotel presented itself well in the lobby, the rest of the premises were outdated and dirty. The staff was particularly unhelpful, with poor attention to the needs of guests. It was alarming how we were treated, especially when it came to dining and basic amenities. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable during my entire stay. I do not recommend this place at all.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location right in front of the Red Sea is stunning, and the diving center nearby was a highlight of my trip. However, the maintenance of the hotel left a lot to be desired, with peeling paint and cleanliness issues throughout. I had a lovely holiday at Coral Hills in Marsa Alam, where the stunning view of both the pool and beach from my room was breathtaking. The rooms were spacious and consistently clean, and the food was mostly delightful, especially the fish dishes.
